Falklands: ?FCO note (?0600Z) (Text of Panamanian/Spanish resolution incorporating amendments Parsons proposes) [as annotated by MT] [declassified 2012]

Date clear from context; timing guessed from FCO Sitrep sent at 0600Z, which explains the amendments proposed.

MT decided in the end that Britain should offer no amendments, resulting in Parsons vetoing the resolution. Her instructions on this point were despatched in UKDEL Versailles telegram 3 to FCO, 4 Jun 1982, no copy of which has been found in the files.
