Falklands: Haig proposals (0330Z) ("Proposal annotated by Enders and Gudgeon") [with US draft of MT side letter to Reagan] [released Mar 1993]

Timed "0430 London", assumed to mean local time = 0330Z. Other documents show that Haig and his team were awake and working during the night.

This text was worked on by British and American officials and ministers in meetings during the day. Quite possibly this copy was taken into one or more of those meetings - the pencilled revisions are found in ink form on the equivalent British records. The typed annotations by Enders and Gudgeon do not feature in any British version of the text, naturally enough.
