1510 = 1410Z. The first meeting of the Chiefs of Staff Committee in 1982 took place on 21 Jan and can be found in DEFE4/289. The 2nd meeting was the first COS session during the Falklands crisis. Copies of the COS meetings during the Falklands which became available in 2012 can be found also in FCO7, and are on this site, but those versions contain the confidential annexes only.
