This draft was sent 1240Z: document also on this site. Moved from PREM19/613 to PREM19/657 when documents were submitted to the Franks Enquiry. The draft is identical to the final telegram which was despatched at 1800Z and to the draft sent to Carrington via UKE Tel Aviv by the FCO at 1240Z.
