| Editorial comments: | 0930. This was the one of only two meetings of E(LF) during 1986 chaired by MT in person, Whitelaw doing the honours during the other four meetings. This was only the second occasion during 1985 and 1986 that the Chancellor attended in person. Minutes and papers of this committee would have been copied to PREM19/1837, but were likely destroyed during weeding. All documents from CAB134/4965 have been selected and can be read here. |
