Europe/Bruges speech: Hugh Thomas notes (MT's speech on Europe) [fragments] [released Jul 2018]

Impossible to date, but listed for convenience as 27 August because that is when Thomas's draft speech was submitted. Perhaps in fact these notes were made earlier, preparatory to the draft, and sent to Powell so that he could indicate if they were on the right lines? Authorship is also unstated, but Thomas is likely because p7 incorporates material by him sent to MT on 2 June and that page was clearly typed on the same machine as pp1-2.
