Undated; listed as Saturday 1 Oct when MT was at Chequers working on boxes. She was working on her conference speech with the speechwriting team the following day. The notes resemble the kinds of modules MT sketched for her conference speech, but it is possible this piece had other purposes. It was not found a conference speech file.
