Agreed the Brit Oil Tender - seems OK and should sell well

All afternoon on Speech - PM still solid except for tit-for-tat protectionism - she likes my run-in as a peroration.

PM alarmed by any memo on IR’s activities on tax avoidance and the “Yellow Peril”

Walter Salomon said PM had never had such high praise for anyone as for me.
