Moveable feast - sit down and food is taken away

- computer spewing output - no one can understand it - cabinet laughed like drains - egged him on.

3.15 C/E [Chancellor of the Exchequer] [Sir Geoffrey Howe] + Gvr [Governor of the Bank of England, Gordon Richardson] on Monetary Policy - gvr still very anxious to get an ER target band officially endorsed. I saw it as a warning bell - but where should the band be.
