| Editorial comments: | Signed "Conservative M.P.", using Parliamentary envelope and franking. Norman St.John-Stevas is correctly spelled, which perhaps strengthens the case for the writer having a reasonable acquaintance with Westminster. It was thought worth keeping in the file. Beyond that one can say nothing as to its authenticity. |
