Cold War: No.10 note of conversation (Reagan-Thatcher meeting) [plenary session] [declassified 2011]

1145. An earlier discussion between the two leaders alone in the Oval Office seems to have overrun, and been followed by a four way meeting of principals with Haig and Carrington also present, the whole thing lasting around an hour, 1030-1130.
