| Editorial comments: | The handwritten notes on the reverse of the text appear to be the headings for MT’s remarks at the first session of the Tokyo G7. In fact it is doubtful if she delivered the Moscow speech as it reads: UKE Moscow to FCO, 27 June 1979, implies that only brief toasts were made. |
