Editorial comments: Around 2100. The Daily Mail, 3 July 1978, reported that Princess Margaret, MT, Sally Oppenheim and other guests were jeered as they arrived at the gala by about 50 "Women’s Libbers" with placards demanding "Votes for women, chastity for men, castrate rapists". "I didn’t hear exactly what was being said," observed MT. "I think they’re just people in a very good mood to cheer whoever comes".
