She "complimented the Gerson organisation on its rapid growth, and, congratulating the company its decision to employ personnel proficient in other languages, commented: "Me? I just wish everyone was born speaking English!" Unfortunately for Mrs Thatcher though, Michael Gerson is known for its overseas removals. Otherwise, she joked, she may have been able to put some extra business their way in October!". |
