Maths, not marks
Sir,—My attention has been drawn to a report in your edition of February 18 relating to some comments of mine about entrants to the colleges of education and “O” level “marks.” What I actually said was “O” level “maths.” The difference is important and I should be grateful if you publish this correction.—Yours
Margaret Thatcher. House of Commons.
