M.P. LOOKS AT MOSCOW'S ‘NORTHERN LINE’
Mrs. Margaret Thatcher, M.P., is on a 10-day visit to Moscow. She left last Thursday with Conservative M.P., Mr. Paul Channon.
Mrs. Thatcher and Mr. Channon are guests of the Praesidium and the party, which includes Mrs. Channon, is visiting Moscow, Leningrad and Volvograd.
While in Moscow Mrs. Thatcher is studying the Underground system, with reference to commuters.
Mrs. Thatcher told a Finchley Press reporter that she has never been to Russia before. The two Conservative M.P.s are following up a recent visit to Moscow made by two Labour M.P.s.
