Michael Colville; Donald Routledge + Alfred S. [Alfred Sherman] - want to privatise BAA - separate H/R/Gatwick
I advise them to push ahead with BAA denationalisation and ignore the Scotland problem which is much less terrible
Lunch Julian Amery - he wants to be Foreign Secretary and imagines I can help him. I told him I would have preferred Cecil P rather than Pym. Edmund Goldberger keen on Amery and said this would prevent PM being stabbed in the back by foreign policy etc.
