| Editorial comments: | Date of publication uncertain. The CIA dates it 1 April 1982, but that cannot be correct because it refers to the invasion itself on 2 April. The copy is of very poor quality. The bracketed initial "(U)" after the title indicates that the report was unclassified, but that has not stopped the CIA redacters doing their thing. |
