Oh, but I see the practical problems. Uh … if you just look at the … what the papers say and what television says, naturally you hear about all the worst examples. When I go around I see what's working and what's working well, and you feel the atmosphere. You talk to the shop stewards and you gather their problems. And you ask how they negotiate. And you feel—have you not felt in this factory—it's a very happy factory. They're doing an extremely good job. You can only get that by coming here.

So when you go away today, what information—what knowledge—do you take with you?

That here we have a factory working extremely well. I've heard all the problems that they have with prices, I've heard the problems they have with raw materials. Uh … I have also as a housewife seen some of the things which I buy in the shops, I've seen them made, and I'm very happy about them.
